Who I Am

I didn’t start learning how to knit or crochet until I was nearly graduated from college. Wanting a way to relax from my studies (that wasn’t TV), I decided on a whim to start knitting. I taught myself completely from YouTube videos, and a couple years later, crochet followed.

Designing patterns came about after a failed attempt at selling hand-knit and hand-crochet items. I found I enjoyed the creating process for new projects much, much more than repeatedly knitting the same pattern over and over. I am so grateful for the large crafting community that provides support and inspiration on a daily basis.

My Designs

Living in the cold mountains of Idaho inspires all of my designs. I love the look of simple, classic patterns that anyone can fit into their current lifestyle, or easily give as a gift. Most important to me is that all my patterns are enjoyable to make, whether just beginning, or an experienced crafter.
