Due to the nature of direct downloads, I cannot accept returns or exchanges on any pattern, and no refunds will be given
Once you have completed your purchase, you will receive an email with a download link for your pattern(s). The link(s) will expire within 48 hrs, so make sure to download your patterns within that time frame. If for some reason you missed this download window, contact me with your name, email address, and date of purchase.

If you have any questions on specific patterns (before and after purchase), please contact me through this contact form on my website. I’m always happy to help.
If you are having trouble with your download link, or viewing the PDF, please contact me as soon as possible.
My patterns are professionally edited, however, if an errata is found you will be emailed a copy of the updated pattern.
Payment Method
I use PayPal to complete all transactions. If you do not have an account, you can still pay with a credit or debit card through PayPal.
