The House of Tudor Sweater is a cable sweater inspired by tudor style windows, which I love the look of. It’s designed to be a classic sweater that will keep you warm in the cold winter months.

Made out of worsted weight yarn, this sweater is constructed from the bottom up where you connect the shoulders and then construct the sleeves. There is no seaming involved, with the stitches for the sleeve picked up at the top and then knit down. The cable pattern is the same on both the front and back.

The pattern is Intermediate in difficulty. Stitches used include k2tog, p2tog, ssk, ssp, m1L, m1R, and cable stitches. You will also need to be able to read a chart as there is no written instructions for the cable section. All stitches are explained in the pattern except for picking up stitches.
